This puzzle goes beyond the Bungie community.

In Response To: New Cortana Letters Now Online? (Enkidu)

Apparently, this is all part of an Alternate Reality Game that's been going on recently. Take a look at the forum here. The link to www.ilovebees.com in the Halo 2 trailer only seems to be one link in a chain of clues.
Someone named Orikaeshigitae has compiled a set of text files containing the notable text from the various pages of www.ilovebees.com on page 3 of the thread I linked to a moment ago, very interesting stuff. Also, the corrupted images that you see on www.ilovebees.com have been made that way because small snippets of meaningful text have been inserted in their binaries. Open them in notepad and you will find it. People have been collecting these snippets in a thread here.
I'm not sure how this puzzle and the Halo 2 theatrical trailer are related, or who is actually behind this game, but I'm looking forward to seeing how it all plays out.
