The problems you have been experiencing with To Cross A Canyon mystify me; I have NEVER had ANY problems with this level. I wonder if something went screwy when converting the files on my harddrive into an installer. Without a mac I can't look into this and I'm not sure if my brother has experienced any of these problems too. This level was actually one I really liked...the simplicity of the layout is a fresh breath from the sometimes cluttered levels I tend to make, and the sniping aliens give a sense of urgency so the player cannot stop unless it is in one of the "airlock" rooms. I could try simplifying the monster count and I have a hunch there might be a problem with the sniper ledges and viewing distances (not anything the player can see visually wrong, but maybe too many monsters activating?). I'll fix this level before I drop it.
