: secret, but the onus would be on the player to remember where the locked
: door is and go back to check it. Once the player has the Omega, figuring
: out how to get the mace is a reasonable challenge. We can make it possible
: to leap to the 3x ledge without the mace and collect the ammo, and the 3x
: is still a secret unless the player tabs the crate it's behind.
We still need to make the 3X recharger possible to find without using Forge. Either the front of that create has a slightly different texture, or flickering lighting, or the door just plain opens if the player figures out how to reach the ledge it's on, which we would make very difficult. Like John, I really have an aversion to secrets that are so obscure that they'll never be found by legitimate means.
