It just dawned on me that putting the Omega Cannon up in the "balcony" area is not a good idea since you don't reach that area till you are well into the level. Plus you sorta need the Omega Cannon to get the Fusion Mace (at least if you want it without taking damage.) Still, I think we should make it a bit easier for the player to find the Cannon.
