Some really cool ideas . . .
Another thing I like is nonlinearity and actions that have consequences. The ship exploding around you if you fail to get out in time in Red's Nothing's Too Big to Nuke, and the different paths depending on whether or not you shut down the reactor in time in Rubicon's Hairy Legs both come to mind. One of the big disappointments in Infinity was in Aye Mak Sicur, when you were told to hurry but could in actuality take all the time you wanted. How lame - haveing the universe descend into chaos if you failed to activate the space station in time - now that would have been cool.
