Boomer, no offense, but I think you need to know that you sound very silly (to be polite) with this post. First, they clearly don't "hate" Macs - I don't think anybody grown-up enough to be a professional developer really hates them. Usually developers just don't see the marketability of making a Mac version. In this case, they thought that since we would clearly all think it sucked and be mad at them, just not to release it and guarantee that we'll be mad at them. Personally I think that's a very stupid decision on their part but I don't see it as driven by hate at all. (Even the lesser version of 'hate' as applied to computer products).

Yes, Macs rule. Yes, Windows is a big ripoff, and that's the least of it's problems. Yes, it sucks that game developers perpetuate the self-fulfilling prophecy of their being "no" games on the Mac. But no, I don't think any of the developers involved "hate" Macs, and no, I don't think anybody cares how 1337 your computer, graphics card, or hxxr skllz are.
