Since I use a laptop, the keypad is not an option for me. I have a custom setup that is highly ergonomic and less prone to cause fatigue or long-term degenerative changes (arthritis - a problem in my family). And I use the caps lock for my run key as explained in my last post.

2 - forward
s - reverse
q - left sidestep
e - right sidestep
' - previous weapon
4 - next weapon
tab - action
caps lock - run
up arrow - look up
down arrow - look down
left arrow - turn left
right arrow - turn right
/ - straight ahead
option - secondary trigger
space - primary trigger
m - map
n - microphone

Other keys assigned, but not used.
