I use the keypad 4, 5, 6, and 8 for movement.
N and M to sidestep. Keypad 1, 2, and 3 look down, center, and up.
Keypad 7 and 9 to change weapons.
Space bar is action, return is map, keypad 0 is fire, and keypad enter is secondary fire.
In other games where you're better off using a mouse, I actually have keypad 4 to sidestep right and keypad 6 to sidestep left (yeah, that's backwards), because I'm so used to turning right while sidestepping left (to circle). I'm a left-handed mouser.
