I'm guessing Bo just meant that Eupfhoria was so difficult that, without prior knowledge from gameplay on lower difficulties, he'd probably never have beaten it on TC. Although I agree with Durandal_1707 that Pfhoraphobia is harder.
(Also, nice to see Bo still around here – for those that don’t remember, he wrote several utilities for the classic Mac games like the terminal editor Hex! and the application editor Fux! The latter of these can be loosely compared to Aleph One’s Marathon Markup Language, although MML is substantially more powerful since it can be customised for individual levels and adds several new functions that weren’t part of the original engine.)
