In truth I don't think it matters. Only that the timeline failed... again. Either Tycho or Tfear deployed the trih xeem and the W'rkncacnter was released.
In the movie Edge of Tomorrow there is a scene where Tom Cruise wakes up repeatedly. Each time he awakes we know he has failed in the last timeline. Only he knows why he failed and what he has learnt each time.
But we can infer somethings about the Rage 1 failed timeline.
If you believe that the Carroll Street Station terminal is a communication from the Durandal-S'pht entity then the S'pht AI was awoken and Durandal merged with it.
If you believe that the Carroll Street Station terminal is a communication from the S'bhuth entity then K'lia and the S'pht'Kr returned.
If you believe that the presence of S'pht'Kr on Carroll Street Station is not "an artifact of being an exact copy-paste of a different failure level." then K'lia and the S'pht'Kr returned.
