Uh huh. I spotted this plothole in the writeups I did on this forum a while back. (Google is NOT nice right now with Halo 5 coincidentally having something called Tour of Duty achievements.)

Did that guy in the covenant prison (General? Lieutenant? Major? Commander?) have one of those translator things on him when two ELITES were casually talking in english in front of him about the Halo being a weapon they can use and the place they were going next to get control of it?
