Beta Testing: General Bug - Error 13

When I am testing, or trying to make a movie with the betas (1,2,& 3), and I am repeatedly control+shift starting the same level, after a time I start to get Error 13 messages (can't load map/saved game, etc.). Also, when doing this in M2, if I continue to control+shift start, I will eventually have some of the sounds drop out when the map starts (ambient sounds, weapons fire, to name two).
Just thought it might be interesting to have a bug report that does not involve gameplay. ;)
