In Response To: Angry at Eternal (rampancy) : Ugh. A while ago, I said I didn't mind jumping puzzles, but now I'm sorely
Hmm, which platforms in Unlucky for Some were giving you trouble? I thought most of the jumps in that level were catapult-assisted... Likewise, which part of Incredible Hulk was hard for you? IIRC there's only four jumps you need to make on that level and those are all straight lines with long runs leading up to them. Babylon X I admit is kind of a bitch though, at least that part near the beginning. But that's just... hmm I think another four jumps, and then no more after that. So if you can get past the part you're stuck on it's clear sailing from there on out, and there should be no more jumping puzzles for another 15 or so levels after that. (I must forewarn you though; "Where Giants Have Fallen", the last level before the epilogue, is one giant jumping puzzle). : I understand you can't just give the player the path to the right answer to
Hmm! Actually I'm kind of happy with this then. I was worried that the "Incredible Hulk" (as I call him; the "Drinniol from Hell" as you call him) would be too short-lived for anyone to notice him... cause it's easy to just run past him if you know he's there. If people are having to run with him after falling off those ledges I think that assuages some of my concerns here... though I'm sorry you had difficulty on those ledges. Are you just having trouble on the jumping parts, or are you falling off of the windy paths themselves?
