In Response To: Oxygen and running (MrHen)

It appears from reading the code that you burn 1 unit of oxygen for being in a vacuum. If you're on major damage or higher, you burn an extra unit per tick if you're firing. And on TC, you burn yet another unit per tick if you're running. Ouch. No wonder Acme Station/Post Naval Trauma are so rough on TC!

This only happens in a vacuum, not under media (where you can't run or fire most weapons)

: When briefly searching to see if the above was discussed elsewhere, I found
: this: Was this ever fixed?

No, it wasn't. We could fix it without breaking M2 films by allowing you to specify multiple kinds of damage the player could be vulnerable to when supershielded in MML, I suppose, but that would only help new scenarios. To fix the original ones, like many bugs, we need to wait for versioning capabilities in the engine's core.
