I don't think that will be do-able, but we *might* be able to get admin-verification going. I know WebBBS 4.33 supports some kind of admin-approval-of-posts moderation system; maybe the new version 5, which can disallow unregistered posting, will allow admin approval of new accounts. Not that I'm really sure that that's a good idea.
