If those five more maps are just to have a scenario that is five maps bigger, and they aren't really needed to carry the story/experience of the game... just skip them and release anyway.
And if they are needed to fullfil a specific story purpose, I doubt anything on the Orphanage will be specific enough for your needs, though you might be able to adapt something.
