LUA issue

I'm putting together a little solo adventure together with Irons.(I make scenario, he write scripts) The thing is, I just noticed a big issue. When you load a game from a patternbuffer, alephone seems to ignore the lua script. All you other scenario developers, have you enocuntered the same problem? Can you work around it? I need to know as soon as possible.
