Thanks for the suggustion thermoplyae - I'll look into that program. As far as turning down hardware acceleration and using the printscreen key - I ran across that info elsewhere but it had no effect. I tried it in both PowerDVD and Windowsmediaplayer. Hopfully I don't have to rip the files to avi, then frame-save from those. :)
