In Response To: Video Screen cap software needed -any suggestions? (Blayne) : I needed to take a few screencaps from a DVD movie to utilize as photoshop
: The WinXP box I have (sitting beside my DVD-less Powermac) has gone through
: Thanks - WMaiD thanks you in advance. :)
I'm pretty positive that VLC (VideoLan Client) Player can do screengrabs, but -- oh, yes, it definitely can. Just load up the disc and hit Video -> Snapshot. :) Outside of just being able to grab screenshots, VLC Player is a fantastic program in and of itself. It's succeeded where MPlayer has failed, which is amazing to me. I didn't think anything was more useful than MPlayer. |
