I've often pondered about this terminal as well Steve. I'm curious though - (since it's been some time since I played this level in M:Inf):
What area (ship?) is this terminal found on? I presume Arther Frain was one of the Bobs from the Marathon that wound up at Lh'owon along with Robert Blake.
The information on the story page about Arthur Frain (spelled "Frane" by Hamish?) further confuses things.
Does Frain survive the events of Marathon:Infinity? If so, where does he go?
