In Response To: Re: Recent AO builds don't work - why? (Speaker-To-Animals) : But here's the framework anyway. : http://astrange.ithinksw.net/tools/SDL_image.framework.zip Thanks. Now it works. I'll probably be playing online again later today for the first time in a long time. B) I suggest you make these frameworks available from the nightly builds page, btw. Two more things: 1) The new menus are fugly. Serious eyesores. I'd appreciate it if they were made to look more like either the original menus or at least more OS X-ey. But they work, which is the most important thing. 2) I've discovered the cause of the "always shooting" bug I complained about earlier; I use the "num lock" (on the keypad) as the second trigger, and for some reason the "num lock" key in SDL AO behaves as a toggle switch - and a highly erratic one at that. (sometimes it can be toggled - other times it's always on no matter what) This is the only game I've ever played where the num lock key behaves this way. There are games where it won't work at all, but when it does work, it works like any other key. Please, *please* set it back the way it was in earlier versions of AO, when it worked like a regular key. It's useless the way it is now. |
