What i do is that i have one copy of aleph one for each of the game. Then i make a stringset MML script that tells them to use a different preference file for each. That way they never confuse settings with each other.

If you don't do that you'll always need to reselect the shapes and stuff in the environment preferences.

If you need help with the stringset MML, just ask here.
