I assume you're trying to play the original version of Infinity in the Classic Environment and not AO. In that case, I would suggest trashing your preferences file. I think it's called Infinity Prefs and it's located in the Preferences Folder of your OS 9 System Folder. This may or may not work, but once you have a bad prefs file, nothing will bring it back. If this doesn't work, then your monitor may not support the default settings for Infinity, which I think include 256 colors and - ouch - full-screen. Since full screen for Infinity is VGA (640X480), this could be a challenge. You could try hitting command-P after starting Infinity up, but you still may not be able to change the settings. If all else fails, drop a copy of AO carbon into your Infinity folder and use that instead. On a newer machine, AO works much better anyway for a variety of reasons.
