Marathon Eternal stuckage

Hoi. I'm playing the Eternal MkIV mod right now, it's pretty good. However I'm stuck on, what I guess would be a decision branch. Namely, the levels: G3 moontanning -> unwired -> core done blew -> Inti omega -> back to G3 moontanning, are a loop I can't seem to get out of. I've tried almost everything on G3, and core done blew (to be honest I hate the unwired level: its too dependent on the player walking on certain polys, imho).
So, a quick hint would be appreciated.
