It's not too different than changing the memory in OS 7-9. Do a Get Info on the Trojan app. Classic apps in OS X will have a memory pane in the get info panel. You may need to click on an arrow to make it visible, but you'll end up seeing the same memory info present in older Mac OS versions. For what it's worth, I see that I have my Trojan app set to 25 MB.
