Still Having Problems

A while ago I posted that I was having a problem with Trojan where I was dumped to my desktop every time I finished reading the end terminal for level 16. Steve Levinson suggested that I delete the Preferences file for Marathon, and I did, but that problem persisted. I also deleted Trojan and downloaded it a second time, but that didn't fix anything. Recently I sent an email to the creator, but he hasn't responded. So I'm wondering if anyone has any more ideas? I'd really like to finish Trojan, but I can't get beyond the inevitable crash at level 16.
