For clarifications sake: M2, Minf and Rubicon?

Steve, or anyone else fluent in this matter:

In order for me to not be intentionally vauge in WMaiD - I need to know what exact universe/knowledge Durandal would have in Rubicon.

To my understanding, I'm able to fit WMaiD into the small gap in Rubicon storyline where Durandal mentions t the player of his and your apparent adventures around a 'Rogue star' - but never elaborates on.

Thus, I'm presuming that Rubicon's universe is that of M2's - and Infinity occurs in slightly different timelines.

Could the connections between the Marathon universe and Rubicons be briefly clarified?
