In Response To: Re: WARNING! THIS WAS A SPIDER! (Yossarian)

: Well, If the thing can blow up planets, why do the Pfhor use it to blow up
: entire stars and systems if they are reluctant to do so? I think it's more
: logical that the weapon is a simple detonator and the star itself is the
: bomb that contains the explosive...

I think this make more sense. Didn't the name itself mean "early nova"?

What I started thinking about is if it's a W'rkncacnter that's under the Yucatan Peninsula, is the earth's gravity strong enough to contain it? As it says in YTYBT term. 1: "If the Pfhor are allowed to use the trih xeem, the W'rkncacnter will escape from its gravity prison."
As far as I know the gravity of a sun is much greater than the gravity of earth.

BTW, feel proud of yourselves, you just turned a question about how to learn English into a Marathon conversation ;)
