M1A1 for Mac will run in the OSX version of Aleph One, I believe. At least M1A1 was changed so it did not make the OSX version of Aleph One crash when shooting a Looker. So that tells me you should be able to run it in OSX. I ran it when I still had 9... time to rerun it again in OSX!

You can extract any sound playing on your Mac with a freeware OSX program called WireTap. Click on the link below to download WireTap.
