: Definitely - I've observed this, but it's not an option on this level. In
: open areas, they're surprisingly easy to take out with a little practice -
: certainly no more difficult than fisting cyborgs. Of course, not many of
: us can do that either, but we'll have an opportunity to discuss this
: later. This is one case where keyboarders have a distinct advantage -
: wouldn't you say, John?

Actually, I cannot say since I have always been a keyboarder. I agree that fisting the Devlins is not easy on this level. However, there is a way to get through the first four Devlins using no ammo IF you are quick and a bit patient. (It definitely does not work everytime.) The small room in which you begin the level is not as small as you might think. The second Devlin you come to can be activated without waking the others. Lure it back to this room and take it out with Fists. You do have enough room for that. That leaves three other Devlins around the recharge room. They are all woken up by a Visible Monster poly outside the recharger. Although it sounds impossible, you CAN lure all three back to that room, wait till all three are just inside the room, and sneak past all three. Head back to the recharger. There is a Monster Impassable poly that keeps them from entering the recharge room. From the safety of that room, you can make repeated trips out into the hallway punching the nearest Devlin. Eventually you will berserk one of them, and it will take out the rest. The room at the end of the hallway is pretty large and can also be used to fight these remaining three, as well as other Devlins you encounter.

Now, how to get past the Devlins in the final room without using ammo.....that is a different story :)
