| Odd surviving Marine underground in 343GS. | |

I came across this guy in the hallway following the room after the room where you jump onto some flaming debris to reach the second level. This is the first time I've found a surviving Marine underground in 343GS following the Flood cutscene. Usually they're in the middle of a room surrounded by Flood with absolutely no chance of escape. It took several attempts to acquire a checkpoint with him still alive and with the Flood not attacking because he will die from even the slightest amount of damage.
At first I thought I had never seen this Marine model for any memorable length of time before, but now I'm having second thoughts. Does anyone remember having seen this guy anywhere else in the game? And where is he usually located in 343GS? He has the same blue things on his chest and barely noticable markings on his back (which appear to read "EMP" or "END") as the secret Marine on the hill at the beginning of the level, but the face texture is different and he lacks the floopy hat.
