I've noticed that problem with the auto aiming too. In AotCR, at the loading zone, I lured about 18 Covs into the zone and froze them.

After several clips of needler rounds, the aiming seemed to "slide" off of them no matter how hard I tried to hold it. The needles themselves homed in just fine, but the aiming was all over the place.
