I'm playing around on the Library right now, and I've discovered that if you shoot off both arms of a Flood-infected Covenant Elite (The big guys), they stop attacking. They follow you around bleeding fluid from shoulders (Where their arms used to be) and just stand there looking at you. It's hilarious ^_^

I haven't tried this on the mutated Human soldiers yet (the smaller guys), although it'll probably work on them too. I'm going to see if I can create an army of helpless Flood following me around the level ^_^
