The body language in Halo 3 is really interesting. Going through the game again really refreshed for me how often they say a lot without any words. Here are two I noticed this time around:

1) Watch the Chief and Arbiter after the Gravemind betrays them. Witness fluid, graceful, deadly movements as they both stalk the scene, searching for threats. This is the moment they become brothers in arms. The movement of the shoulders, hips, arms, and heads is pretty damn sexy, if I may be so bold. Then, you have the Arbiter's sword flash to life as the music ends, 'We trade one villain for another.' It's one of the best, 'Let's do this!' scenes ever.

2) Look at Chief's shoulders after Johnson's death, when he plugs Cortana into the Control Room. They sag for just a moment, and then he raises his head and stiffens his resolve. It's pretty moving, considering Johnson is one of the few true friends he's ever known. Then, you get the epic stance in front of the Control Room as it fires. He probably felt a lot like Didact at that moment.
