I'd see that as a deficiency in our culture and argue that it wouldn't be there in reasonable, smart people in the 26th century. : It affects us more than in affects them, but I've also seen plenty of women
I'm pretty sure you're referring to the long-held belief of there being greater aggression and similar impulses in men but AFAIK they haven't found the genes that cause this and studies have shown it varies tremendously based on upbringing, and I've certainly seen my fair share of females tougher than most males. Since you don't seem to have the gender bias it sounded like you had before I'll just say I think your argument is flawed to the point of being wrong and I think you should re-think your stance.
