Tremendous job! : Thanks!) I don't know if that was rhetorical or not, but I have an answer. Only 1 Lifepod on the Autumn actually had it written on it. The reason is, the other Lifepods we saw launching away and being destroyed were only the outer portions of the pod with an opaque windscreen you couldn't see through. There was essentially no interior. No seats, controls, nothing. This was undoubtedly to save on memory in the game by not using what cannot be seen. The Lifepod the Chief takes does have an interior (as we see in the cutscene) and it's the pilot's chair with that text on it. The text is a part of the Lifepod Interior texture file so all would have to have them...it's not an additional texture that could be applied due to certain circumstances, such as difficulty level, etc. All the Lifepods we see on Halo had full interiors so they would all have the text as well. How's that? ;)
