TBH when I heard Bungie contacted Disp, I thought for a fleeting moment Bungie might want to tack us on. If you drop by SSP before the stuff is all taken down, you can see Halogen is EASILY commercial quality; that's why I joined up with them despite my work for them being pro bono. Worthy cause and all that. They're not your garden variety modders. Their work is so professional in quality and finish that I'd gladly work with them for free. Then the cold hearted, dastardly reality of Microsoft set in. Bungie is no longer Bungie Software, they are Bungie Studios. It's only a word away, but it's a whole other ballgame. My opinion (which does not necessarily represent the opinion of SSP), is while Microsoft are legally within their right to do this, morally they're inexcusable SOBs for letting people waste 3 YEARS of free time, when the product is within sight of completion, to shut it down. I've only been on the team for 9 months and I'm pretty pissed... I can only imagine how the original crew feel.
