They definitely have enough ships still on Delta that they could : control. The MC : fighting on Earth, then they realize that the Flood is making its way : towards Earth right then, so they're forced to activate the system while : getting as many people as possible inside the Ark? (Unless the entire : planet is the Ark). That would be pretty cool. Gravemind and the Flood are on High Charity. Truth's ship, which Cortana reported as being the "power source" for High Charity, has left. It is a reasonable assumption, then, that High Charity is without power and unable to move. There are still other Covenant ships in the system, but no direct evidence of Flood on them. The only remarks Cortana makes is about Flood-filled dropships from IAC landing all over High Charity. In short, it's feasible that the Flood might seize another ship, but there's no evidence that it's happened yet. The Flood used the IAC to attack High Charity. They might repair it, but I'm guessing that if Cortana still has the ability to detonate it from where she is, she would do so before allowing the Flood to escape into space (or towards Earth, for that matter).
