Sorry about the double post, but I wanted to mention that I probably shouldn't have used the term "time loop" in this theory. My thought on the time "occurance" is basically what you've clearly presented. I didn't mean that there is a time loop that the MC will be stuck in untill he accomplishes a "mission" of the artifact. What I meant was, in the line of events there is a "loop" in which the MC is brought back to a point in time in which he has already been. This means that at the same time, he still exist in that time, effectivly meaning that there are two of him in that one time... after the time "occurance".

Thanks for pointing this out so clearly to those who are missing the concept. You've helped me to see that I should put my thoughts down in a more universal manner:)
