Lol, well one of the devs emailed SketchFactor about it (I think it was Farsight) and he said that 1. They're extremely busy with Halo 2, and 2. They're part of a voice actors union, and do not work for free. We figured this would be the answer we got, but thought it couldn't hurt to ask.

And no, we don't have that kind of money.
