Since PID is a Mac only game (pre Mac OS X) you need to run some form of Mac emulation on Windows XP. A Google search will probably be your best bet. Basilisk II springs to mind as an option . Remember you need to emulate a system pre Mac OS X for PID work.
Other may wish to add to this.
