: You can include Aleph One binaries, so long as you make the source code
: available from the same place. This could be including it automatically
: with the download, or putting a link to the tarball (hosted from your web
: site) beside the link to the main download. Make sure to use the MacWinSrc
: source because the Mac/Win versions include several GPL and LGPL
: libraries.
: Alternatively, "Unimap" scenarios are fairly popular now, and most
: users know how to install them:
: (which needs to be updated, since MacBinary is no longer necessary now that
: Atque is available!)
Basically my angle with all of this is using Aleph One to create something unmarathon related, and distribute it is a complete package (free of course) so all a user as to do is sit down, unzip/install, and away they go. I know it may seem like childs play to download the App seperate and put it in with the scenario files, but I've had to talk so many people through the process it's not funny :)
So with Source code/required legal wordings included, it'd all be legit in that sense?
