I've ne'er so much as glanced at Halo 1, 2, or 3--not out of any disdain for the series, there's only so much of my time I can devote to gaming...Diablo series and Marathon keep me up late enough as it is ;-)

I was thinking of the reverse order, but basically the same idea. I'd have a hard time ditching the grenade launcher though.

So there are a couple config's I'm thinking about:

Primary trigger: full auto
Secondary trigger: 3 round burst

...or reverse the triggers, or

Primary: 3 round burst
Secondary: grenade launcher

What would people like to see more, a lighter but faster firing and more accurate rifle that still popped out those grenades we love so much, or a heavier gun that could switch between the AR and something similar to the SMG in terms of accuracy/rate of fire?
