The only one, in that version of the story. I think they call it Installation 04 now. The one from the first game.
Also, to be clear, I'm talking about an unreleased version of the Eternal story that was never properly realized, written at a time when Halo was also unreleased (and Microsoft was uninvolved), on the basis of leaked inside info.

I'm not super familiar with the newer Halo stuff, but I think "shield worlds" are a different thing from the Sphere in Eternal. As I understand it, shield worlds are normal-sized planets that are hollow on the inside (and maybe bigger on the inside or something too?). The Sphere is a Dyson Sphere, the size of a solar system, containing a sun inside of it; whole planets could be floating up in the sky above you inside it and you wouldn't even see them in the enormity of it. (There's not, though).
