Sorry about the difficult UI, it was somewhat rushed to meet the competition deadline as I focused on getting the story to where I wanted it to be. The icons to the right are your inventory, and light up for you to better see them - they don't perform any action when clicked. I might remove this highlighting, to be honest. As for the gramaphone, that's simply the mute button.
