Pretty sure the Macerator is in original Tekkit and Tekkit Lite-- it's the backbone of industrial craft, after all. You can also look at packs like Voltz that include UE mods-- there's usually an ore-doubling solution in most popular packs, look for crushers or pulverizers. There's even a Rotary Macerator that I thinnk can handle more than one type of ore at a time-- matters a lot when using buildcraft pipes.

For the microblocks you either need something based on an old version of MC (like 1.5 or earlier) because the popular mod they are from, RedPower, is not being updated, or use a more modern pack or a custom pack to get one of that mod's replacements, like Immibis' Microblocks or RedLogic.
