If you MacBinary the files on the Mac side and then transfer them over, Atque will be able to split them open and get the resources out into a format that you can then edit/replace/etc and remerge with Atque. You can easily MacBinary anything if the Mac is running OSX by opening a Terminal window, typing "macbinary" (don't hit return yet), dragging the file you want MacBinaried in after it (which will paste its filepath there), then hitting return. You will now have a whateverfile.bin next to the original. If the Mac is not running OSX, you can MacBinary files with a drag-and-drop program like this one.
