Elevation Limit

I'm working on remaking the success dream level for Eternal (the big mountain), and I think I've discovered something. There seems to be a limit to the number of elevations you can have in a map. I haven't counted, but I'm willing to bet I have something along the lines of 150. When I try and make another elevation, it makes one that's 0.036. Then the next is 1.103. Then it crashes when I try and make another. Has anyone else encountered this before? I'm sure this isn't something most people would have problems with, though, as I have an absurd number of elevations in this map.

And does anyone know a workaround? Or should I go back and combine some elevations?
