Is this on the level two betrayals, where after going into the 2nd reactor core, then when you come out the building outside onto the ledge, there is a very high rock structure, you have to fly onto it from the ledge, where you just come out, or even before going into the reacter core. If its the area I think it is then there is a golden elite, two/three normal grunts and few spec op grunts with fuel rod cannons. Anywany if you fly to this high rocky platform you can access two banshees, but on the normal looking part of the floor which isn't covered by snow. there is a tiny hallway but its a dead end. Next to this tiny hall/coverpoint their is what looks like an airport landing base on the floor, their is eight lights in a circle. I believe you are showing onee of the lights in the circle.
