They weren't in my pool. DM, team HBO, Our Gang, JsF (out of Houston, really good guys), Dragons, and a couple of other teams whose names escape me right now (please forgive, I've been watching people halo for about 20 hours or so over the past 2 days) were teams that were in the 2 pools I judged. mc team, if they were there, to my knowledge, didn't place in the round of 16, nor had a player in the top 16 of the FFA. Now I may be wrong, but I doubt it.
DM is a crazy sick team. Having really never heard of them before Saturday, they came in and did pretty well against TDT. They lost 1 game in the pool play and 1 game in bracket play until the finals. (Bracket play was best 3 of 5.) Me and a couple of other staff guys (we're pretty decent players, even tho I personally haven't played for about 3 weeks before that game) played DM in a side game, Damnation TS, they won 50-10.
